Nothing ever happens here either...

Like Si, I've been somewhat tardy of late...again, not much of great interest to report. The Nissan-badged garage ornament has been just that since the end of last summer, its been a bit neglected since the arrival of a dirty panzer tank.


Should be just the ticket for this summer's Nurburgring pilgrimmage, will make a difference driving it in a car that doesn't feel like it could combust at any minute like the paranoia-fest that was summer '08...


So to half-arsedly apologise to the poor Nissan for months of neglect i picked up a new lump of fibreglass which I'm yet to fit properly...


Will get fitted and painted along with the rest of the car, I smell a colour and facial surgery coming in the next month or 2!

RS*R Invidia

Finally got my new exhaust on. Its pretty quiet, but sounds great. It unfortunately, fits like ass, which means my downpipe gasket is blowing (thanks to a sheered bolt). So, next time I'm home, Ali is going to drill out the bolt and weld a piece of flexi section in the DP.

Nothing much happens

Well, long time, nothing posted. Why? Car's been off the road, nothing good to show really.

This is pretty much the state of my car/life right now. Engine build on the living room table, flowers as a grovel to my better half.

Turbo is somewhere in the world, Apex seals are somewhere in the world, both supposedly making their way to me. Without them, I'm stalled.

Looking forward to the buildup, not looking forward to the pain with all the new wiring. Nothing like this ever works first time...
